Design and Planning

All new construction projects carry with them risks, our teams follow the HSE's CDM (Construction Design and Management Regulations) to minimise risk during implementation.

Whether it be a new office, mezzanine floor or office planning we take care to ensure that we can offer a design tailored to each clients needs. We do provide off the-shelf solutions where cost is at a premium but can also offer unique bespoke design services in situtations where the client requests it.

Planning Services including CAD

If you are looking to redesign the office or make better use of space, we can produce plans to support your ideas using the latest CAD software and where needed we also have the expertise in working with local planning offices to ensure your ideas can be put into practice.
